PARKING
Parking availability varies depending on the day of the week:
Tuesday to Thursday
There is no parking available at the castle. However, the streets before the dirt road leading to the castle offer free on-street parking. There is also a public parking area nearby.
Friday to Saturday
On these days, parking is available next to the castle entrance, on the opposite side of the road leading to the main gate.
Due to the layout and condition of the access road, coaches larger than a minibus cannot drive up the dirt road.
Groups arriving by bus should have the bus drop them off in the paved area before the dirt road. From there, the final section to the castle is a short walk on foot.
Accessibility and Mobility
As the castle is a historic building that has not undergone structural modifications, there are certain architectural barriers that may make access difficult for visitors with reduced mobility.
Access Road
Vehicles larger than a minibus must park in the paved area and continue on foot along a dirt road of approximately 300 metres. The road is in good condition and is suitable for regular cars.
Castle Entrance
From the outer parking area to the main entrance, there is an uphill slope of approximately 20%.
Entrance step
The main entrance has a small step that may make wheelchair access difficult. For visitors on foot, it does not present a significant obstacle.
Stairs Along the Tour
Access to the Main Floor: 4 steps without a handrail, followed by 20 steps with a handrail.
Bedroom Area: 2 steps leading to a tower and three bedrooms.
Vestibule Before the Chapel: 4 steps.
Wine Cellar: 4 higher steps (22 cm / 8.7 inches each).
Due to these characteristics, the full tour is not recommended for visitors who rely exclusively on a wheelchair for mobility. However, those who are unable to access the interior can enjoy the castle courtyard, where we provide photo books that allow them to follow the tour from a comfortable location. In addition, seating areas are available at various points along the route for visitors with reduced mobility to rest.
The use of electric wheelchairs and other mobility aids is permitted, although visitors should be aware of the architectural barriers described above.
Cognitive Accessibility
To make the tour easier to follow, the castle features numbered pictograms from 1 to 17 throughout the route. In addition, all tours are led by a guide who provides explanations and assistance tailored to the needs of each visitor.

We provide guidebooks with detailed descriptions of each area included in the tour.
Accessibility for Visitors with Visual Impairments
During the visit, visitors with visual impairments are welcome to touch selected features of the castle. The guide will provide detailed explanations of each room and its most significant elements.

Rest areas for visitors with reduced mobility: Chairs are available in the castle courtyard for visitors who wish to rest during the tour.
